
From Stang Lévénez it is easy
to join the large sandy beaches of the bay of Douarnenez,
to the west without forget to halt at the very typiccal
town of Locronan,
and even to continue towards the presqu'ile de Crozon or
to the south the beaches of Concarneau, Fouesnant and Benodet.
It will be also the time to discover the
fishing port, the old walled town of Concarneau and the
fishing museum well protected behind the ramparts.
The last week of August the celtic event
The Filets Bleus take place with a colorful festival lasting
a few days with music and dancing throughout the town. The
streets of Concarneau are vibrant with bagpipes and bombards,
dancers and bagadou and a whirl of lace and valvet costumes.
Some kilometers far away you can find the
landscape which inspire the painters as Gaugin and all of
the Pont Aven painters school.

traditionnal fishing port of Guilvinec
and the mondial knowed bay of la Torche usually frequented
by kite surfers.
